Requirements
After payment you will be taken to a form to fill out your information. Please have the following ready:
- Project Photo: SQUARE format, no words, 600 x 600 pixels. Colorful closeups capture our audience's attention. If you send the wrong format your photo will be cropped.
- Signup URL: Provide a working URL linking directly to the description of your workshop. You must have a way to take payments and signups on this page, or no more than one click away.
- Workshop Title: Please take a look at our calendar. Short titles with subtitles that tell exactly what is taught work best to draw in your students.
- Short Description: No more than 25 words to describe your workshop. The link from our calendar will take students directly to your signup page where you can describe the workshop in as much detail as you wish.

Because of the labor involved in creating this listing, you will need to pay for and submit another listing. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT IS ACCURATE. We do not offer refunds for calendar listings.
How do you get people to see your calendar?
We are continually adding subscribers to our twice-monthly newsletter and promote our calendar on social media. We invite you to share the calendar link in your social media, website, and newsletters as well. A rising tide lifts all ships and we at the Academy believe in abundance. There truly are enough students for all teachers and collaboration (not competition) is our mode of operation.
Can you spotlight my course in your newsletter?
Newsletter listings include class title with a link to your signup page, date (if class is live), teacher name, and a very short description. The newsletter also points people to the calendar listing for more information.
